CAMELOT RETIREMENT VILLAGE

Camelot Retirement Village is located in Harlingen, Texas. It has been graciously honored for the eighth year as the "Best Retirement Community" by Valley Morning Star readers. Owner Ron Burgamy considers this accolade a testament to being well know in the area and having contented residents fostering their philosophy of success. Their biggest referral base in fact comes from their current residents welcoming their own friends and family right into the community.

Camelot prides itself on its personal touch and its neighborly feel. At Camelot, residents are treated not as tenants but as family. Although it is a Retirement Community, it is NOT a Certified 55+ Community. The campus has different sizes of living spaces. They range from 1 bedroom, 1 bath up to 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a few other types. You can either purchase or lease a unit which is half of a duplex and the land.  If you purchase you must choose from the Lifestyle Fees that are offered. You have full or limited services. If you choose to lease, these fees are included in the monthly price.
